Airforce Quietest moderator

I had a DonnyFl Ronin on my .25 Escape, made it back yard friendly. I think a DonnyFl Emperor would tame the 457 down but I'm not positive as I've never heard a AF .457 's crack!

More volume the better, .457's are extreme air hogs and require a lot of moderator to tame the bark.
DonnyFL has one called The Great KAMI that is made for 45/50 and 72 cal, another option to consider.Same price as the Ronin *edit* cost 100$ more than the Ronin, probably twice the volume.

Yea, the Ronin, Emporer, and Great KAMI are all worthy options, but frankly for 457 I'd go with the biggest and baddest.

I know it's not the popular choice, but TKO moderators will make you what you're looking for I'm pretty sure and they are darn quiet. I have several moderators, 0db, DonnyFL, etc, and the TKO is the quietest of all. I know it sounds crazy, as the TKO cost less than half the cost of the others, but it sure works!

I'm using a Donny Ronin on my .30 Boss. It works great on that gun. Might be a good fit for yours.

Go big!!!!!I have a emperior with extra 6inch extension on my .510 Texan.. Works good with extension at 17 inchs long...With just emperior still loud..So great kami or emperior with extension

I checked on them and they no longer make bigbore moderators, stink back to square 1 thank tho
