I'm trying to up my fps wich was 860 ish with jsb 18.1 gr heavies. Adjusting hammer spring a little at a time brought fps up to 885 ish, made minute adjustments to regulator I was able to get to around 930 ish but at that speed It reduced my shot count greatly. I adjusted regulator back down to happy medium (shot count vs fps) at 895 fps . It is grouping so much better at 75 and 100yds .
My question is : I would like to get it back to around 930-950 ish with a decent shot count since my hammer spring is maxed out on adjustment, would I benefit from drilling out my transfer port .
By the way I have a heavier hammer spring ordered
