R5M .25 standard-- POI strange shift

ED R5M standard version, velocity is 860fpe, zeroed at 30 meters, original suppressor, Vortex diamondback 6-24 scope, accuracy is perfect, group is about 3cm at 100 meters, this is the background. Two days ago, i found POI shift, shift to left 20 clicks, down 5 clicks, then i checked velocity with Chron, nothing changed, still 860fpe, i did the zero 10 days ago, the same place, weather shouldn't be the problem, i suddenly remembered that i ever take the suppressor off 3 days ago, and then installed after the cleaning, is this could be the reason? anyone who has such an experience with mine? should i replace the original suppressor with a BAT?

It sounds like clipping to me, I’ve recently had the same issue with my R5M in .22 std. I loosened the 12mm barrel nut and aligned the barrel with two 5.5mm drill rods in the shroud holes. There is a good thread for the process on the forum, I did however end up getting the Bat mod for it, $150 bones, aluminum baffle stack is nice and it’s very quite, the anodizing on the long tube it comes with isn’t as good as the factory baffle tube though, not a big deal but still for the money it should be better. Attached is a picture of my misaligned barrel with factory baffles.

I just checked the barrel alignment, it rotated about 10 degrees to the left, show as the pic,

i suppose this caused the POI shift by reinstalling the baffle stack, because of the small movement of the plastic stack, there will be a light slapping between pellets and the stack, this will not only cause POI shift, but also the accuracy at long range, because the shape of pellet should be changed after the slapping, i will try the procedure to align, and thanks guys.
