I really like your wind-dicator. U probably know this already BUT if u put a peep-sight on that R-9 things will sharpen quite a bit.

???.. im not quick to use a crutch i guess . Most cant even shoot scoped in a vice as well. Imho. Then I keep up the challange not boring ho hum.. skill..

Well ditched my efforts with the arh seals and went back to stock hw.
Maybe 75-100 re-break-in shots not looking too bad. Of course cphp.177 on stock irons . 5 then 5 more 2-1/4" bulls

Well done! When you are shooting the targets with iron sights are you using bags and concentrating on the center of your colored dot and squeezing off each shot?
Please describe your technique, especially with your sight picture ( how you are viewing the bull in the iron sights)

Not a bag really just a old sock stuff with a old t-shirt on a wood jack block with restaurant sugar packet anti wobble devices / lots of folded up strips of cardboard chocks things
6 oclock holds. As far as any trigger pulling or what not thats kinda individual whats best for you things i guess.

Cant say.. thats your dedication or determination on can or cant.. i do know im not as good as 30 years ago for sure.... Lol. Its just practice paitance and lots a pellets, lots a pellets. Them shots ant nothing great just posting somthing just to be posting somthing. Then i guess it could be worse as well and them cant hit dirt aiming at the ground kinda days ..

Just grabbed a new one from PA in .22 since I don't have a springer in the stable. Guess it will be in sometime next week. Have a plethera of pellets to test. Looking to keep it as an open sight shooter maybe add a peep sight.

Winterizing a few days and got no rain and above 50' (53') so took some shots

I think the first cause when i glassed the bulls each shot it eas the one i could not see , the rest you can plainly see each hit. So the first.
So 5 more and ya, first shot looks to pull bad .

Ya, ive heard all kinds on that first shot being bad. From lube, tune/ seal, hold ,ect.. but i jad just put a hw seal back in it from the arh seals . So i may be under seal issue?
