Tuning rainson edge out for delivery

yes sir,already have my care package of cleaning stuff/hill grease/wrenches/scope rings/etc..... laid out lol

its here,and from what ive seen so far,
just from handling it working the action and removing the barrel,
im in love lol

it feels really well made and the transfer port
(at least on the .25 barrel that was installed)
looks like the slug transfer port on my impact.


stay tuned ill be tearing it down further to adjust the trigger and check the hammer spring adjustment.

yep thats the one i bought,
and when i opened the box,
there was a packing slip from ares airguns tactical.

i dont know if the sky is available yet,
but when it is i will have one of those also lol

oh by the way,the .22 barrel has the same transfer port as the .25

and the probes are pretty easy to change,
pull the barrel,
screw out the probe with the supplied wrench,
and screw the new probe in.

and its got nice meaty barrel grub screws too

i will say,
if you buy the gun,
get the barrel band from them too.

with the shroud on it touches the bottle without the included silencer installed.

no biggie as i plan on running it without the shroud as it doesnt have any airflow back into it,
so its just for looks.

i will say the included silencer quiets it better than my donny tatsu,
but it weighs a TON.....A TON!!

trigger out of the box was a long heavy pull
with no discernable second stage and an unpredictable break.

so i pulled the stock,
and since there are no instructions anywhere for adjusting the trigger,
i just dove in and figured it out

added a lighter weight trigger return spring,
figured out what the screws did,
and now it has a decent first stage albeit a bit heavier than i would have liked,
with a hard stop at the second,
and a really crisp break with no creep before the break,
im diggin it

shes doing 910-915fps with 18gn jsb heavies.

dont have 50yds to shoot in my yard,
so i have her out on the porch getting it hitting where it should at 13yds with a 50yd zero
(man i love chairgun lol)
