RANGE?

I made a shot on a ground squirrel to day I think was right at 200 yards, I don't have a range finder so I'm trying to reverse engineer the shot. .25 caliber 25.4 grain pellet. 850 fps 8 mil dot holdover @ 8 power, one MD right for breeze. sea level, 83 deg. You guys input would be appreciated.

missing some inputs needed into chairgun like secondary zero, scope height, scope make/reticule type... stuff like that, cant think of anything else quickly. the zero distance will have the largest effect. 
if zeroed at 40y the range works out to be only 150yards -for example when i used the generic mildot reticule and at 8x not 10x .
man I have to enter 100yard zero to get the range to 180yards i.e.anywhere close to what you think the range was.

EDIT: was it 200 feet then?

1.75" ctc scope to barrel, I have no idea what the secondary zero is. What made me use this set up was a video on the golf ball challenge. The guy was shooting at 200 yards 8 power 8 holdover. I found the squirrel at 16 then dialed back. I know my holdover @ 100 is 2.5 MD @ 8 power. A friend set up some spinners at that yardage today and was able to smack the 1 1/4" one at will. This AW is amazing.
