Dang man those things are huge , looks like no end to the targets . Are you at your place ? If my wife seen one of them I don't know what she'd do, I take that back all crap would break out . Looks like you had a good time , nice shooting btw I did notice mostly head shots maybe all

That is what I'm hoping.
I'm using my HM1000 177 atm 11.8fpe and hn Hunters, mostly the rats just drop after shot, then award you with the helicopter tail! Some awkward shots do come up through the night and maybe a slip one or two low, the L2 will definitely be welcome for them shots that do need a double tap

@Plink HOW MANY rats is that???? And what caliber are you getting your Leshiy 2 in? I have a .177 and doing the “testing” / impressions now, it is going to be a hell of a ratter and starlings 
I plan to get a 25 cal barrel for it later on.
You won’t be disappointed in the L2 at all, and from the chrony results if you can keep follow up shots about a second apart, it is number on number consistency.

@katokevin454 I would say for every rat you see the photo there are 10 more waiting. I watch these Brits with the ratting on YouTube and it is like attack of the rats with the hordes that keep coming at times.

Arkansas, USA, doesn't have a lot of rats, we have way too many snakes.
While I do have a night time abundance of possum, armadillos, water moccasins, and raccoons...I have no rats!
"Golden Years" my ass...if you ain't working these days you ain't buying a good NV scope! However, I might save up and try one of those ATN digital scopes...they seem to be coming down in price! I once had a used Gen I NV scope, but it wasn't much use...I couldn't even see the reticle much less the target.

PS: ...any chance one of you could ship me a really large box of healthy rats to let loose for breeding purposes??? I wonder if that's legal? My neighbor has a really nasty crawl space under their house, and I don't like them all that much!!!

I don't actually have my L2 yet, still waiting on it to arrive, in the pics I'm using HM1000 177. Not sure how many in pics but I just best my total tally of rats last year, just last night. The war continues hehe

I take my prisoners, sorry!I have a variety of permissions.. Many different species of vermin, I can't remember the last time I shot a squirrel or Pigeon, I'm hooked on rats and love taking the nv out shooting

It has QF & guage. The only time I take the bottle off is to swap to 400cc if I ever need, haven't so far
