RAW Rapid RAW Air leak

I have an HM1000X in .30. I went to shoot it and it was completely out of air. When I try to air it up at between 50 and 100 bar it starts leaking out the regulator atmosphere hole quite quickly. I put a new bottle oring on new orings in the v block and new orings in the regulator. It still leaks as always. Can anyone tell me where to look next?

One thing. I found a regulator breakdown and the oring circled in the picture is not there on mine and there is no sign of one. Neither is there one included in the kit with the gun. Did they change that sometime or is that the problem? Mine disintegrated and vanished?

I am not familiar with raw but you are right the vent hole is definitely a reg being the culprit. I would think if your reg and reg internals are just like the pic that little oring is probably the culprit. That little threaded piece definitely looks like it has a sealing surface.

Tuning - Problem with my RAW HM1000X .22

My HM1000X .22 developed a leak. I took it out of the stock and checked what I could. It was slightly leaking around the bottle and vblock. Replaced the bottle oring then replaced the vblock oring next to the bottle and it appeared that leak was fixed. Took it to the range filled it to 220 BAR...

There should be a ring there..if not there is really no place it could have gone. Not much room there for it to move or pass through.

But a good regulator rebuild and cleaning will help. Heck I think I still have my stock regulator I can open and take a look at if you need.

I appreciate the help. I think I got it maybe. The oring on the regulator piston on mine was some sort of hard plastic. When I poked it and broke it off and replaced it with an oring the leak stopped. I’m not sure it’s quite as consistent as it was but I’m still testing and tweaking a little
