Not finding anything out there, has someone found such a piece for their RAW? Does the standard PRS work or what is the solution?
Thanks
Thanks
Thank you but I need an adjustable butt plate, not stock. For field target use. With wings. Looks like all of their wood stocks have the same butt pad on them. My usual sources dont have anything. May have to go custom again.I use Luth-AR buttstock on mine. There are several models with various kinds of adjustment.View attachment 509082

They just work better from bench for me. Carrying in field might be an issue.
YupI have heard they have a new rule coming for 2025 limiting the wings on butt plates. You may want to check into it before you buy.

Well geeeee "IMO" those rule changes would be kinda dumb = while the huge scorpion hooks may stabilize a shooter somewhat, the basic tilt and minor rotation features are just ergonomic adjustments for shooting style and body type. Beside forced lanes are where the real misses happen and hooks be damned it wont help me.I like the Submoa, but one of the paddles is longer than the other. I have the wings set at 30 degrees for EFT, but the proposed AAFTA rule is going to be 1 to 2 inches of depth from the tip of the wing to the base (it's under discussion for what the measurement will be). With the wings at 30 degrees, the upper (longer) wing tip is 1 1/4 " from the base. They are also discussing no deviation from vertical for the wings (meaning you can't twist the wings horizontally from center), which is the main thing I like about using an adjustable butt pad. It feels like the idea is for people to be able to use the 3D printed Brian Samson style butt pads, but not the more adjustable metal butt pads that are on a post.
I don't agree with adding yet another rule that will affect 2% of AAFTA shooters, but it is what it is.
I had seen their plate and thought the same thing. Thank YouHere is a Sub MOA system mounting plate along side a Bisley adj butt plate purchased from Amazon. The Bisley is very similar to the ones that are on my RAWS only a little longer. The sumb MOA is kind of universal as you can use one of the screw holes on your butt stock and if the other one does not fit then simple drill a new hole. Other picture , calipers are the center of the screw holes on TM1000 so the Sub Moa should fit the holes on a TM1000. It doesn't come with a butt plate cover but Martins stocks are finished all the way around, or easy enough to make a cosmetic plate out of aluminum to go under the mount.
The Sub Moa systems are convertible as you can add or remove links or the hook to change the shape of the plate system. Good luck

@Scotty-D are you able to provide a source (link/email) for such rule change? as in, is this just a passing discussion or have BOG members ctually put this issue on their plate?I also forgot to mention that I think the new rule will apply to Hunter Class, it won't effect the current use of adjustable butt plates for the other classes.
Ahhh good to know.... Maybe we should create a thread directed at BOG members for discussion like "proposed changes" to existing rules.Passing discussion.
