have a HM1000x that has been a safe queen. has a slow leak. but leak stops at about 100 bar. holds at 100 bar. does this info suggest a specific location of the leak? thanks

You might try a few drops of pelgun oil in the foster inlet
That has solved my minor problem with stored pcp

Really hard to help you out if you don't know where it is leaking from. Easiest way would be to charge the gun with air and dunk in a bathtub. And then look for bubbles

The easiest place to start would be replacing the bottle o-ring, and the outer reg body o-ring that seals it against the action. This is a 5 minute repair. If this doesn't solve your issue, then soapy water and a balloon over the barrel may be helpful.

thanks for all the input.....so it leaks down the barrel. was slow but now is a larger leak

ok. i think figured it out. started at one of the regulator O-rings. i tried to just replace the one i was sure was the culprit, but then another one of the regulator o-rings started to leak. they was all compressed and firm so failed after I manipulated them while changing the first one.. replaced all 4 o-rings of the regulator, the two in the v-fill block, and the quick fill male end thing. now all is well.
the big leak going down the barrel I am assuming due to not enough pressure as at the point that happened the tank pressure was very low. i probably should go replace the o-rings on the valve, hammer side too as they probably going to fail as well. will be the next project.

Glad you figured where the leak was and yes, RAW's don't have too many o'rings so the next time you have it apart replace them all with a little pure silicone grease on them.

I would have done that as well - until I bought a full reseal kit from Rapid Air Worx and the sheet that was included said to use only a moly based grease - seems strange...
