Tuning RAW HM1000X some more advanced parts are ready to be shipped to USA

Hi,
A respected member wanted to upgrade his RAW HM1000X.
He needed a big plenum so he was using a bottle as a plenum as given below:


Apart from big plenum he also needed high performance valve and Anti hammer bounce device.

I got his plenum ready of 85cc out of stainless Steel solid piece and got it tested for high pressure.

Secured for leaking by using double O rings.

Parts ready to be shipped are given below:




I hope this will add to the beauty of his RAW and also much better performance.

It will definitely improve the performance. Increase in shots at same power level should be 40% approximately.

His bottle is too big. My plenum of 85cc can't fight with that bottle. I am just comparing my set up with OEM set up.

I have seen that beyond a certain size of plenum things start getting counter productive, like regulator sometimes doesn't notice drop in plenum pressure and many other things.

So my experience is that bigger is not always better.

Again I compare my set up with OEM set up.

I can attest to the quality and finish of his parts. I purchased the valve and SSG.

The RAW performs super smooth and consistent at 895 with 33gr JSB. Also air consumption has gone down .
