Tuning RAW HM1000xLRT - Shot String Analysis

My RAW HM1000xLRT's regulator is set at 102 Bar. When filled to 230 Bar and shot down to 100 Bar, I get 168 shots at 921.8 fps. I recorded a series of 14 clips (unsorted 18.13 JSB) separately for the total string. The first 3 clips displayed the biggest Estimate Spreads until the regulator got down to about 210 bar. ES Per Clip were 25, 25, 28, 22, 14, 20, 23, 14, 9, 11, 12, 15, 13 and 20.

One question I had was "Why did recorded velocities alternate consistently between High/Low in the first 3 clips?" The first clip went 923, 918, 926, 907, 926, 908, 922, 904, 929, 907, 920, 910. The second clip started out 912, 937, 912, 925 before settling out. The third clip started with 932, 908, 936 before settling.

Questions:
- Can alternating High/Low velocity be identified as a known issue/symptom and be tuned out (aka: regulator intake adjustment, regulator seat, valve seat or SSG spring)?

- Or do I just fill the gun to 210 Bar and write off higher fill pressures as "The Zone of Regulator Inaccuracy"?

- Should I be happy with an ES of 21 or 2.25% on 140 shots out of an (unsorted) 168 string. Shots 29 to 132 were very consistent. Clip#15 saw the gun was going off the regulator.

Also, because my gun has a Quick Fill System/Bottle/or something leak, I likely could have gotten more shots.

I would recommend that you put a Huma reg in it. There can't be anything wrong with the normal HMx regulator as many are having success with theirs but you may have a defective one. Maybe try replacing the o rings in the regulator or even checking that either there is nothing between the beville washers, or they are setup in the correct way.

My new .30HMx (HUMA REGGED) has an ES of <10 for a 34 shot shot-string running at 880 average.

"– Or do I just fill the gun to 210 Bar and write off higher fill pressures as "The Zone of Regulator Inaccuracy"?"

YES DEFINITELY

"– Should I be happy with an ES of 21 or 2.25% on 140 shots out of an (unsorted) 168 string. Shots 29 to 132 were very consistent. Clip#15 saw the gun was going off the regulator."

That's a LOT OF SHOTS with very little change in POI. That's a pretty happy problrm, I reckon.
