Dirte, what scopes are on your HMx`s?

I have Sightrons SIII on both RAWs 10-50X60. Using Burris XTR Signature rings.
Never know....... Sometimes UPS (I mean Santa) will shave a day.

@imold - my .357 settled in at avg 859 over 14 shot string from 250bar. Love the set up trial area pics Imold. In your excitement - don't forget to open the sliding glass door! Lol

Yeah, I may be paying for letting myself entertain that thought! I'm guessing I'm past the daily shipment cutoff now, as I haven't received an email with tracking number. Bummer-dreaming of an early delivery may just make me later by a day (or more?).

Guys: anyone have a quote on what it would cost to order just an LRT stock from RAW? My friend is looking to trade his FX Wildcat for an older HM1000x and would like to buy an LRT stock to mate up to the RAW. I was guessing $350-$450 based on 'something' from the past-can't remember if that was word of mouth, or from Martin (and don't remember if laminated made a difference in cost or not)?

That's funny......You guys already having plans on your next RAW and you have only had them for a day or two. Pace yourselves! Martin and Sandra need a vacation.

imold i couldnt figure out what you meant about it your rifle being different from the one ordered till i went back to page 1 theres so much more beef on the page one stock i dont think i ever have seen that stiock any where else ,,im glad it worked out and your happy pat

Just curious as to the size he's shipping now compared to what I sent back in a couple months ago. As noted previously, the CFOS moderators look to be larger in diameter than the centered versions you and I have gone with. The CFOS was measuring slightly over 1.5" in diameter and I had estimated the centered version I sent back in was like 1-1/8" or 1-1/4" diameter. Yours looks to be the same size (not larger diameter).

To start off that’s between me and my wife...between...get it Bwaaahahahaha.....Here are the numbers..length of carbon only is 15-1/8th inch,15-3/4 is full length, diameter is 1-1/4 inch.

Thanks for the numbers-confirms what I suspected: the CFOS is indeed a 1/4" larger diameter. The length likely follows the caliber because of the sound reduction need changing with each caliber. Having said all that, I wouldn't have minded had Martin made the diameter the larger 1-1/2" size to match the diameter of the CFOS (but centered). I don't mind the 'can' look of the moderator-and it may improve effectiveness also.
So how loud it the .357?

Ok Boys, hang on to your pants, DonnyFL and I are working together to make the only mass produced moderator system for the HM platform, direct bolt on, no altering of the oem parts. 2” OD center flow can, 1-2” longer than oem CF tube. Hush the HM1000x .357 to .25 levels..... .30 hushed to a .22??? Prototypes coming, testing to be down.. stay tuned..

I will certainly be interested, but mainly for looks, because I’m not really too concerned about discharge sound (although quieter is always better). Would love to see a picture of how the size looks on a gun.

This is interesting, Now I'm not sure what I want to do. Noise was one of the reasons that I was thinking about going to a .22 for my next one. I know Ken posted crazy numbers on a .30 cal a few pages back that really intrigued me.

I'm confused right now but I'll make a decision in a few weeks.

I am excited about this. I really was hesitant on ordering the .30. Now they might be coming out with a new silencer for it to make it more quiet is amazing. Now I am glad I got the .30. Had anyone ordered anything from Donny before? Do we have to send our barrels in to buy one of his moderators?
