There is a side menu for selecting 'choked' or 'non-choked' for both standard and polygon barrels. I probably doesn't answer your question, but I think Martin uses choked barrels by default (about 60% sure on that answer). It's best to send Martin an email directly about your gun to get the correct answer for certain.

I was wondering the same on the polygon barrel if it was choked. Well it’s a tack driver regardless.have any of you tried sizing pellets ?

I love my Polygonal 22 as Sell said it is a tack driver, it was accurate even before it got tuned and now it is amazing.
I believe they are, only because as I draw my patches thru it gets a good bit harder to pull at the muzzle of the barrel.(I run my patches thru as tight as I can fit.)

Thanks Terry, I hardly clean my barrel only when I see groups open up, that’s usually a dry patch . Once it hits the perfect balance of graphite/lead or whatever I leave it alone and keep shooting away. Don’t touch what’s not broken is my frame of mind.

SEAN i cant find my mic ,but when you line the 30 cal H@N nexr to a 30 JSB u can see the H@N is taller my mags dont want to spin with them ,,,,

well i guess i have short little T REX arms cause my 30 cal LOP is uncomfortable ,i must really jam into my shoulder to have it the right length or close so instead of replacing the butt pad which i may still do ,i was talking to my repair,tunner guy and he said i can move my trigger forward and backwards with the adjustments on the trigger group anybody try this ,,if you have please any advice helps PAT

I plan to shoot with my 18 year old daughter today after I get home from my son’s special Olympics Basketball tournament this morning. I will try the H&N pellets in .30 and see how they work in the magazine for me-but I suspect I will find the same thing.

Is it the reach from the grip to the trigger blade that’s the problem? If so, talk to Ken about the Rowan adjustable blade. If its the stock, I be Martin would shorten it for you. What is the LOP on the gun (measure it from the trigger blade to the closest point on the butt pad)? When I had Muntz RAW made, I requested a 13” LOP for me and my kids-it’s perfect (maybe even slightly too short).

Yeah, me too (Rey)! I actually enjoy being around this group a lot because there’s an open, honest, humble and sweet attitude (regardless of background, etc) that simply seems lacking in our current toxic society. It’s so refreshing and good to just cheer them on, and enjoy watching them have fun.

Well guys I haven' had a chance to shoot my .30. It' been hectic. Getting my place to sell. Looking at places to buy in az. I don' recommend moving across the ocean guys. It is a pain.
Terry do you hunt with your air guns in az? 
What do you hunt if you do?

Was finally able to get outside and do some shooting off of a bucket and sticks with the TM1000 .177. Shot groups at 40 and 50 yds in the swirling Ohio wind today,,,temp was almost 50* and finally wasn't raining. I have the LW barrel on it right now put will be changing it over to the poly barrel to se how it does as well.Most 5 shot groups i can cover with a nickel but had a few exceptional groups where they were basically one ragged hole and easily covered with a dime.This is how i shoot hunter field target and like to shoot this way as practice all the time,,,rarely will i shoot off a bench,,if i do its just to do testing.Took a few pics so yes it did happen : )

The scope is neither Pat,,,,my go to FT scopes have been Optisan Vipers but this one is a Tac Vector 10-40x50mm for only $175,,,,,It does everything that my Vipers do at half the price.Range finds well and has a very useable reticle.The barrel hasn't been indexed and i believe I'm getting some pellet destabilization set up at this speed with the regular LW barrel.Definately have to spend some time indexing these barrels and messing around with the hammer spring to see what barrel shoots best at what speed.Its setup shooting just under 20ft lbs so before messing with the hammer spring I'm throwing the poly barrel on it and seeing how it shoots hot with the poly barrel on it. One thing that can be improved on these RAWs is the dust cap for the foster fitting should be magnetized so it doesn't fall off so easily,,,almost lost the cap in the yard,found it after 10 minutes of walking around the yard looking for it. All TM and BM RAW's are setup for barrel indexing.

Perhaps i should have said all the NEW RAW TM and BM are set up with a barrel thimble....this one is brand new.
