Was doing some work on the RAW yesturday and damn was it hot out... .

hi guys ,im having some issues with my 4 month old 25 cal ,seems the outer and inner pellet probe are mis aligned ,so its indexing and not loading with all 3 mags i have ,at one point the probe spun a pellet 90 degrees ,,so this gun has been sitting waiting in its box for me to get all joined up ,to a fish and game club,,my FID card application should be viewed this week ,hopefully.,,the rifle has maybe 75 pellets through it so far ,and is begging to be shot,,ok heres my issue ,i know things happen all the time ,i just cant see how this issue wasnt picked up on at the factory ,i havent had one mag completely shoot with out issues ,i know how to operate a side lever ,what i did was send off a few pm to martin on his RAW site i wanted to know about getting a action for a new to stock and question about the probe ,no responce ,,at all, now this is where things are upsetting to me ,when i bought into RAW a huge draw to me was what i was told many times from the people of RAW was i would have technical support from the man who built my rifle,, if there were problems he would help ,,now i no martin would get 0 done if he stood around waiting on my and others call ,which in the start he did ,,i give him credit ,must of been hard to get everything done with people hollering questions at him ,so AIR FORCE is the new owner ,so i called and spoke to one of the 2 women who do there job quite well,considering my vast variety of questions,, this happened on monday ,so i made her aware of the rifle issues ,and was told someone would get back to me by the end of the day ,, here it is saturday ,still havent got a call a tm ,em or pm ,nothing no pigeon landing on my window telling me how to fix the issue ,im trying to choose my words carefully ,because typing public comments when your frustrated do not ever come out right ,i did leave a vague message for SPAW AND KEN ,but was already upset so in my message i told him it was no big deal that i would call him later ,i figured he was over in POLAND kicking ass with the USA team ,,im really dis appointed in the fact that things shook out this way ,,heck ILL stop there ,i feel like a broken record frustrated !!

Things may have changed due to change of management. 

My personal experience is also that RAW do not attend call anymore. 

But still Martin helps through e mails.

Have you sent him e mails?

Pat,

Can you post a few pictures showing exactly what is happening-I'm not sure I fully understand so pictures may help. No guarantees, but I'll see if I can help figure out what is going on. Does your outer probe slide over the inner probe (against the spring pressure) like it should? In other words, if you partially cock the rifle (just slightly open breach) can you use your fingers, grab the probe and slide to towards the butt of the gun (freely)? Don't crank it back-you don't want to bottom out the spring and possibly damage it.
