RAW REPORT

Ok, this gun slays me... I’ve been a little frustrated @ times W/ this caliber? and so have contemplated letting it go to help fund a Thomas BR - rig, new rest combo.? Now I go out this evening and it does this! 25 shots @ a measured 66yds! And I swear the dirtier the barrel the better? Also those pasters are 3/4”, .625 For 23 of 25shots!

This gun seems more quite than my .25 cal HM1000x Go figure!

Here is my first 10 shot group at 50 yards after 1 sighting in shot

The form, fit, and functionality are what would be expected from a RAW.

Ken installed a Rowand trigger adjusted to 6 Oz per my request with a very crisp break point. I'll be smiling into the weekend for sure.

Hey guys, been busy here with peps guns, and EBR/US Nationals next month. Sorry for the absence. Call me anytime, if I dont answer Im either driving or already on a call! Sabino thise slowmo videos are awesome!! Craig you have a serious Airgun problem....lol!! Your .30 is freakishly accurate past 100 yards!!

Ok, checking in is over, back to work!!

Pat,

Here are a couple of video clips that hopefully explain how the probe should function and how to adjust it correctly. You want the silver outer probe to slide freely over the inner probe and inside the black probe housing. My guess is that the two set screws are in too far on the black probe housing, causing the silver to drag rather than move freely.

Ken Hicks converted my RAW 1000x .30 cal to a high power .22 cal with a polygon barrel for EBR’s 50 yards competition. Shooting JSB 25 gr. Redesigned Monsters at 900 fps it's more accurate than my RAW High Power .25 cal. with JSB 33 gr. at 875 fps with almost the same B.C. It shoots better groups at 100 yards in the wind than my RAW .25 cal. because it has a flatter trajectory. I purchased my RAW 1000x .25 cal for EBR 100 yard competition but after a lot of shooting I have decided to use my .22 cal for both the 50 & 100 yard events. I have been very happy with my RAW .25 cal but my high power RAW .22 is a more accurate gun even at 100 yards.

Did Ken install .22 Poly barrel or regular LW Barrel? Is it choked or unchoked?

Months ago I inquired about slugs for my .25 and i really don't remember who replied with "Ratsniper Slugs". Long story short I contacted Michael at Ratsniper and he suggested the 31.5 gr and the 36 gr for my .25cal HM1000x. I received them yesterday and here are the results from the first 10 shots per target in 8-10 mph wind conditions.

The 36gr were pounding as good as the MkII's at my 50 yard target. I talked to Michael yesterday and he requested the photo which was sent.

My .30 cal (just received) is shooting well also. I ordered some slugs this morning for it also to see how they do. I'm only able to shoot 50 to 75 yards now until the corn gets harvested then I'll see how it does at 100 yards.
