I did not touch any settings of HST etc.

At factory settings it shoot 25 grain redesigned .22 pellets at 935 fps and 18 grain pellets at 1050 fps.

Just shot a few 25 grain pellets at around 90 yards. All were under 3/4".

18 grain at my indoor range at 1050 fps are pellet on pellet.

I shall fine tune the whole system once I get time.

That’s great information and reaults Umair! Where did you get that barrel from? How long is it? I have heard good things about the okd BSA barrels and wouldn’t mind getting one for my own use...

Sean

Dear Sean,

Old stok barrels of BSA are very rare now. There are only a few in possession of John Bowket who had been the main person behind the success of BSA Super 10 pcp.

I have used many make of barrels in various calibers till now but I could never find better than old stock BSA barrels.

It's not only about accuracy. There are some other benefits of BSA barrels. These barrel have a unique pattern of half round lands through cold hammer forging process.

These don't get dirty easily. These barrels remain accurate with a wide variety of pellets. These barrels are also accurate in a very wide range of fps.

There are other makes which may match accuracy but normally those makes don't match other benefits.

Someone who is a friend of John Bowket brought me the barrel all the way from UK.

Dutch 100 meter indoor shooter like BSA barrels very much.

My two RAWs. .22 is 50 fpe and .25 is 60 fpe

Just FYI, I changed my TM1000 from the LRT stock to the BR stock. That fixed a couple of problems for me. First, the LRT stock is just beautiful and I love the look. However in a BR situation, I had to set the gun in the NOTA on the bottle. That is no bueno. As the pressure changed in the gun I would get a little poi shift. Expected there would be some issues. The BR stock seems to have solved that issue.

The only problem is now I have to learn all over again. The BR stock has no cheek rest. You just have to guess where the eye relief is and find the target. I've taught myself over the years to put the check in exactly the same spot every time. Now I have to learn how to do it without the cheek piece as a reference.

I will be selling the LRT shortly so I'll post it in the classifieds when I'm ready to send it on its way to a new owner.

Crusher

Yes, he was in a significant car accident and has had a hard time being on the computer screen due to migranes (my summary). I believe he is ok, but could use our prayers for healing. He had a few items on the classifieds semi-recently.

He was in his nephews car and they got rear ended when they slowed down to stop when the car in front of them lost a tire, Pat got his face cut up and now he has migraines and it’s been pretty tuff on him. Last I talked to him was December 2nd.

Yep he needs some prayers to help get through these tuff times.

nothing just a oops.
