Thanks, Pat"Hynzie"ill dig wrenches out in mornig put away right now dont wanna wake anyone
I assume they're standard since the rifle is made in America. They are awfully tiny."Imold"Post the sizes on here will ya Pat..I think the smallest I have is a 1/8th inch..
I'll need to get me a few smaller alen wrenches like 1/16 and 0.50 and a few more around those sizes and put in my tool box.
Yeah, I'm encountering no joy as well. I guess it's mix 'n match time."Hynzie"ill keep looking gone through both the raw and viper books no mention allen wrench size
It really is deplorable the level of incompetence in the carrier biz."Hynzie"another ups package MIA driving me nuts i bought a caliper tool and some other stuff ,,they said they delivered, what a waste
Not to change the subject, but here goes: I've mounted my vise on my workbench. I have to go to The Home Depot to get a set of tiny Allen wrenches, then I can actually adjust my trigger!"Hynzie"Carrier pigion would be better. ..the pony express. Idk anymore
Well, funny you should say that. I have my receiver locked in the vice and took some preliminary trigger readings. The results were interesting. First, I took a reading doing the 'ole hold the cocking lever thang. I got 5.6 oz. Then I actually discharged the rifle. (I have the bottle attached.) I got 6.1! I did this drill again with similar results. So, evidently; doing the hold the cocking lever thang does not give true readings."Imold"I still think the trigger settings use 1/8th Allen for travel and then the .050 for weight but that's just a guess, would be nice to know what the sizes really are when Marco gets back and does his trigger..
