God, if I had a set-up like that, I'd never get anything done. I'd be shooting 24/7! With that rig, you can really fine-tune your rifle! I bet that's a lot of fun for friends 'n family"Imold"Went and redid my 25-50-75-100 yard shooting lane, turned out nice, it's pretty much right along the tree line now, need to get a chunk of 1/4" metal to make a gong for 125 yards if I can fit it in on this range....I do have the other area where I can shoot 150-175-200 yards but I would have to drive to the west side of property to shoot, I would rather just stay at my bench and try to fit 125 yards there....
What is the max distance?"Imold"Here is a view from the new table for just shooting paper out to 100 yards. Pic is zoomed in a bit.

Can shoot 200 yards but just have to do it west to east and I can get 300 yards if I go from NW to SE on the property but that's using all the property, the 200 is easier from post to woods. Pic is zoomed in a bit."marcella69"The absolute limit of my scope holdoffs using Chairgun is 206 yds for my RAW .357 regulated. But that's @ 16x. I normally keep it set @ 10x, which has a limit of 156 yds.
Was going to say that would be perfect for my range, all my scopes are set at 10x on my airguns, works good for this range. By the way shooting that 200 yards is not a issue, I can back up a bit more and get about 240 yards or so from legal side of the ditch."marcella69"The absolute limit of my scope holdoffs using Chairgun is 206 yds for my RAW .357 regulated. Heck with the tent..bring food hahaha...middle of nowhere Mn...."Mick-VA"Party at Imolds range. I'll bring my tent.
Will you adopt me?"Imold"

Interesting, I didn't notice any number on my stock when I had it removed, but I wasn't looking for one."Mick-VA"@glassman re noise. I cannot recommend shooting this .357 unless you have more than 80 yards between your house and the next (where that is legal of course). I have 20 yards between my back Door and the next back door. I can get off a couple shots (legally) to sight in during a weekday during business hours with a lawn mower running at full tilt or my uncorked motorcycle. I obviously do not target shoot or plink with it on my home range..
@ Pat re serial numbers on stock. I do see some type of number in the stock but it doesn't seem like it has anything to do with the serial number on the receiver? In hand now 1 rifle and two stocks. Both walnut, one sporter and one thumbhole. 2 more complete rifles ordered in .25 and .30 to arrive someday.![]()
You'll have to mow about 4-5 hours a week and in winter keep driveway free of snow and you'll have to get a job other then that sure hahaha."marcella69"

Man, Imold; I really want to see what kind of numbers you get. Will you be doing a shot string?"Imold"Again I can't wait to get my .357 HM1000x regulated at 130ft/lbs out on the range, it's got to be getting close to being done........
