RAW Rapid RAW valve assembly .. brass or stainless . ?

I have both & another on the way. Which is the better unit, the stainless version or brass one.? The indexing hole is smaller on the SS version & more closer to the smaller indexing screws used on RAW of today I think. My indexing screw is wayyyyy small.

If throat and exit are equal .... performance wise No difference.

As to wear the SS has that edge, but NOT with a steel poppet stem running threw it and for non seizing able to cycle on minimal lubrication the Brass has the edge.
Steel on steel might gall or seize up .. tho not overly likely.
Better designs are in the market with SS body.

Brass is best for lubricity on the valve stem, so that is always my choice.
