Is there any harm to the tank in leaving a PCP tank full for extended periods of time (months/year+) ? I'm just wondering if long-term it should be stored empty to reduce potential strain on the tank, seals, or valve. Hopefully it's fine - not a concern. Thank you.

This is the reason I purchased mine. It lives on a tripod and is close to me at all times to help reduce the pest problem in my area.

Most likely with pcp unless it is a skout no issues. The skout guns are to be stored empty.

Edit you can turn off the valve while stored and before you shoot turn it on.
