Received a new TUXING 6.8L CF Tank with small dents

So I just received a new Tuxing 6.8L carbon fiber tank. Packaging was poor. Literally was in a bag to protect it from dust and was packaged in a box. Would you still use this? So far no actual cracking on the clear coat or carbon fiber. The dents are hard to spot and you'll only see them when reflecting a light on them. Seems ok but would like to know your opinion.

Looks to me too it's the way the resin set rather than damage dents but hard to really tell from pics. Damage from bangs to the tanks usually look different. Are any cracks in the resin radiating from what you're calling dents? If not, I wouldn't be too concerned.
i'm just seeing it on a large screen, it definitely looks like contact points where they rested it during curing. Not damage.

No cracks or anything. I agree, looks like epoxy/resin bubbles. Again, they're very hard to see unless you're really looking for them under a light.

Thanks. That's what I was thinking. I'll fill her up and inspect it every 5-10 minutes.
pay close attention WHILE filling. sound is usually your first sign to abort and bleed or GTFO of dodge.

If you hear ANYTHING like a little metallic "tink" or a stretching metal or cracking noise.. ABORT.
I have 2 of their Smaller on gun tanks, 500cc and a 420cc both have tiny epoxy dimples and pimples.. they're perfectly fine.

It’ll be hard to hear because of the compressor but I’ll try and listen. I have a 2L tank and 3L tank. They’ve been working great. Just needing a bigger tank so I don’t have to refill the 3L as often And wasting more air.

You'll be fine. The noises are typically louder than the compressor. Under several thousands pounds of pressure the tiniest movement is fairly audible. I used to work in fab shop for fire suppression and backflow prevention co, we shared with a compressed gas distributor. Think AIRGAS type ... Think called Nexxair. I used to love seeing the demonstrations and destruction testing.

Their bottles (Alsafe ,(tuxing/Acecare/SEFIC)are pretty much the majority of big brand bottles. They produce. Other companies rebrand, and upcharge %200-%250 for the honor.

I filled the air tank up. It seems to be holding. No weird noises. I’ll let it sit for a few days and see if it looses pressure.
