Daystate Redwolf .22HP - When they are all flyers????

Ok, I went out today with the JSB Exact Jumbo Heavy at 18.1 Grain. Ran through the Power Levels from 1 to Power Level 9.
Power Level 1 Average - 598
Power Level 2 Average - 624
Power Level 3 Average - 701
Power Level 4 Average - 782
Power Level 5 Average - 829
Power Level 6 Average - 861
Power Level 7 Average - 901
Power Level 8 Average - 937
Power Level 9 Average - 951

Those were run from 250 bar down to 190 bar - 5 shots each level. Refilled to 250 bar, Power Level 4 - 120 shots before the speed appeared to drop off. The last 10 shots were up and down 917-221. Very little wind, 25 yards

Hmmmm - Pyramid Air
JSB Exact Jumbo Heavy - 250 count - $14.99 - $0.060 per round
JSB Exact Jumbo Monster - 200 count - $14.99 - $0.075 per round

She seemed to like the 18.1 at 920-930 FPS, I pulled the trigger it went where I had it pointed. Granted I started getting bored single loading 120+ shots.

Off to clean the barrel.

DIRTY BARRELS CAN CAUSE HAVOC ON CERTAIN PCPS WHILE SOME OF MY OTHERS NEVER AFFECT ACCURACY . I READ THEM DAYSTATES LEAD UP AND YOU NEED TO USE SOLVENT AND A BRUSH ESPECIALLY WHEN GUN IS NEWER UNTIL A FEW 1000 SHOTS SMOOTH THINGS OUT .LOU
I guess it depends on the barrel type and projectile. The HP (high power) variants usually have the 23" polygonal barrels. Based on my experience, while these barrels do get lead up, they can be cleaned with a single pull-through patch. I only shoot lubed NSA 12.5gr slugs, my data point may not be applicable to other projectiles.
