Well, it is definitely a weak link. Snapped where solder meets plug. I soldered it back but want a spare cord. Anyone make them or where to buy?(AoA phone hold time has been long)

Last replacement I heard about was sourced from AOA.
Use their 'call you back' feature. I have used it several times and it works well.
Likely they are still short-staffed, and I think that Mondays are usually really busy for their phone sales.

Thanks. Im gonna try to figure out where to find that 2 pin connector to the board and just make a few.

Hey Erics - if you do make a few, or find that connector let me know. That is indeed a weak point and will fail. I'd be interested in doing up a few spares myself.

I was in maintenance for years. We regularly used Newark Electronics, Alliedelec, Mouser and Digikey, in that order for component parts.
