what is the eye relief on a reflex sight ? or is it like a red dot , anything as long as you can see it ?

I dont think there is any eye relief window when using a red dot or reflex style sight. You can use the same sight up close on a pic rail, or at arms length on a slide cut etc.

As far away as you want it, but if it's too far away it might be tricky to acquire your target in a speedy fashion.

I might need to get a reflex....I use my red dot anywhere from arms length to dang near against my eye
works either way
just faster for me the closer to my eye
