Tuning Reg pressure in disco and wildfire

I bought a adjustable reg for my disco and wildfire. My question is if I set reg to 125 bar. Would it decrease shot count that I get with a 100 bar setting because of only a 2000 psi fill?

Most likely you will reduce the shot count. If you are after increased power it will surely reduce it. But it depends allot on your hammer spring tension and how hard you whack the hammer as the harder you hit it the longer the valve stays open.

That makes sense. I'll have to try to adjust the hammer spring some.
