Regulator to shoot my .45cal Texan off an air tank

So I have an Omega 75cu ft 4,500psi tank and I'm looking to shoot my Texan .45cal off the tank. Currently, I know that I can't shoot it off the tank until the tank pressure to below 3,000psi. My question is this:

Is there a regulator that will allow me to shoot off my full 4,500 psi tank and yet keep the Texan at a constant 3k psi?

Look on the classifieds. I think it was Boombats who had one for sale. He dropped the price a lot but I don't remember it selling. Here's one from Ebay. You would need to buy the hoses and SCBA connector separately. You can set the output pressure to whatever you want.

I checked and it was TP3Ranch selling the tethering regulator. It did sell though.

I do that very thing with my Texan from a Great White tank. Consider looking into buying one from Joe B. His prices are on the HIGH side and he can be a bit of a pain to deal with at times but his equipment is TOP FLIGHT and he stands behind it. PM me if you need a link.

I use the Ninja high pressure (5000psi) fill station. It works really good! Set it at a pressure and it will always return every time you blow it down. works better than a normal regulator for tethering.

ninja also makes one for a paintball tank that is 3000psi output. a normal pb tank reg is 400-850psi (fyi).
