Removing air hose safely

Kentek the Newbie here. Yet another question.

I have my 1st airgun, a Diana Bandit and new Ninja 68/4500 tank that I am getting familiar with. Making all the changes to be able to fill Diana to 200 BAR.

My question is what is the procedure of removing the hose from the Diana fitting safely? With my current very low fill it is not a big deal to just pull from fill port, but how do you do it with higher PSI?

You MUST have a bleed valve to depressurize the line before removing it. The foster fitting locks securely at 3K PSI so I don't think you could remove it anyway but you DO NOT WANT to do that at high pressure EVER.

Yup, you MUST close the tank valve and bleed the pressure from the fill hose. (Kinda why was confused by you previous posts) there is a separate 'valve' (although its a very simple one) in the gun to seal it against it's pressure bleeding off. Don't attempt to pull the hose out/off under pressure!

To me it sounds like you bought a Ninja CF tank with paintball reg. Adjusted the reg pressure to 200 bar and put paintball remote coil which has no way to bleed the line.

I did this once but left the reg at 800, I used it to just seal up a marauder, since my pump was too slow.

I unscrewed the remote coil slowly from the reg until the line bled completely. (Not advisable but it worked)

I don’t know what would be the proper way to remove that since you may have connected it to your gun already.

Am I right about the paintball stuff?
