Put a piece of masking tape over it and along the top of the breech block. Come straight down on the pin with good pliers and twist slowly while pulling upward. The pin will come right out. The tape is too prevent scratches on the breech block. The pin is hardened so you'll have to squeeze tight to grip it but there's no chance of damaging the pin with the pliers.
 
If you leave the holes there long enough you mind turns a blind eye to them and you won't notice them anymore. I'm ocd and the holes bothered me alot. The lack of a perfect solution made me leave the holes there until I found one I don't even see the holes anymore. I mean I see them but my brain learned to accept them as normal. None of my dozen weihrauch have their rear sights. Only 2 used beemans I have, have plates over them and they look odd to me.
