Resurrect a BSA Super 10 MK1 .22?

I have been given BSA Super 10 MK1 .22 that was purchased in 1998 and ended up going into storage in early 1999 with having less than 100 rounds shot. Storage was in a gun case and in a temperature controlled environment. I filled the bottle and put on a new o-ring, but each time I started screwing the bottle in it began leaking, to the point of emptying, without having fully seated. After 18 years of non-use I expect that all of the seals are in need of replacement and the bottle pressure valve may be faulty.

I'm considering getting it fixed, but that would require all the o-rings replaced and the bottle valve fixed at a minimum, plus the shipping back and forth to whomever does the repairs. I'd also like a good suppressor installed or the barrel threaded to accept a DonnyFL or similar. In addition bottle removal for filling is a thing of the past so an AZ fill port or one of those fill ports that goes between the bottle and regulator would also be on the list.

Is an 18 year old BSA Super 10 MK1 of the quality that would justify the investment to resurrect it or would the $$ be better spent on one of today's offerings?

Likely worth little to nothing so I will over my as new banjamin maximus .22 in trade. And I'll pat shipping!

Storage in a case is awful but if not covered in rust ( checked the bore ? ) no problem.
It would be a fun project for you to rebuild. Watch a few videos and have fun. A QF between bottle & receiver can be purchased but as much of a pain as removing bottle to fill is "I" would just pass on spending that money.
Naturally not their latest greatest design, and, some did have bug's - went in storage right away huh ? - but all well know and fixable.

If not wanting to do the work yourself you could;d just ship it to Allen, order everything done and smile. A few dollars for sure but you can have it your way, longer/shorter /quieter/QF ( which will need a Parker to foster adapter if you use fosters ).

You could also have a simple rebuild/replacement of all seal & basic tuning & trigger by David Slade - a bit closer to you also-

Worth little to nothing ya say? LOL! From what y'all say it is probably worth the money to bring it back to life. It looks like NIB, not a speck of rust anywhere, barrel clean, real pretty stock and has 2 original magazines, plus there was a BSA 240 Magnum .177 pistol in the hard case too. Same condition as the rifle. A suppressor and a Foster adapter on the bottle would be really nice. I'd like everything done ... How do I contact AZ?

Deja...
I've owned a MkI and 2 MkIIs.....including those guns and the 16 yrs into the MKII I currently shoot I've had the following problems with my BSAs:

I had to replace the oring in the barrel breech in one gun...and...
I had used the one magazine so often it began to loosen its indexing abilities so I had to rebuild it.

no other issues for 16 yrs or uncounted number of shots....

I forgot to mention that the renown BSA barrels I've shot through produced sub1/2 MOA accuracy out to about 80yds
