Other Reximex RP or Artemis PP700

Planning to get one in .22, for a single purpose in my mind - my backyard property damage protection.
A single shot is fine with me but I need a good knocking power up to 20y.
I can get both at my location, which one to chose.

I would be interested to know the answer to this question too. I think PP700 has more traction in US, lots of folks here love this gun. And there are quite a few mods available for it too. Reximex looks good, but I don't think a lot of people got their hands on it in US just yet, as they were not widely available. PA just recently started to carry Reximex if I'm not mistaken. Personally, I'm looking to get PP700 as I already have PP750 and am very satisfied with it. No experience with Reximex just yet, sorry.

I have as many do the Artemis 700,we like them,I would get the Reximex because you can give us all a run down on it...more shots too. The SnowPeak barrels can sometimes be a problem.I think the Reximex is Turkish,right...
The Crosman 1720 is way better if prices are close,as is the Maruder Prod. The Artemis can be made good and sometimes arrives already good, ok Artemis, simply lower price and plenty of options for it. I have plenty of experience in all but the new Reximex,I going to check it out now and what it goes for. I think any of the mentioned pistols will work for your needs.

I don't remember seeing much talk of power mods for the (awesome) pp700SA, but I might not have been paying attention at the right time. I have no need to increase its power but I'd be curious if anyone can point out a thread on that - I was not able to turn one up.

Mine is happiest with 16gr at 630ish fps. I have a Huma reg in one and a Altros in the other. Both run great.
I bought a Notos to replace my PP700 duties, and it just didn’t work for me. I love the simplicity of the PP700 and thoroughly enjoy shooting it more.

PP700 with a foldable stock, very nice! Is there a kit to have the grip to accept the stock adapter?

I used to own both, and though I own BRKs now, the pp700sa killed hundreds of rats for me and was solid. Alas the RP was no bueno for me, will not elaborate here. Do a search under “sexy rexy”…

Alas she lured me with her sexiness, but she couldn't perform. I spent in inordinate amount of time sighting her in at 9 yards! She grouped really well, just not in the same place. Cleaned the barrel, switched out scopes, cleaned the barrel again. Still she would not group at last POA/POI...

Ran these four strings and the numbers aren’t bad and could get better. But these groups are just terrible. Tried it with and without the moderator. No adjustment was made to the scope for all groups. Shot two, five shot groups with the 1701p with CPHPs as a control. As you can see Rexi is...

My RP (called the Mito in the UK) was a mess, crap trigger, ill fitting barrel, the cocking dog bent on the pellet probe carrier, the mags used to jam and deform soft pellets, the PP700 just needed a polish job on the trigger sears and it was sorted, ohh and was half the price

Mine PP700S-A runs at 12FPE. Original regulator wich work great.
Fun fact of the PP is the possiblity to modified it.
I made a worden grip, placed LPA rear sight and shortend the whole thing by 6CM to make a more compact version. It is a great pistol now.
Never let me down.
