N/A Reximex Throne

I just got an email with this model
It's really similar to what i'm looking for. Similar high end brands are closer to $1700.
I know the premium brands are premium for a reason. Should I just wait and spend more and not risk it?
What are you expectations? I like my throne for its design. I love the trigger, and they say it's really accurate with the barrels it has, but mine was a dud. I am receiving a barrel today so I will give out information tomorrow on how it shoots. The throne compact is low on power though.

That's really a good question. My itch may actually be to just have a brocock or FX. light animal control or plinking. I've got some nice guns, but no great guns and the shortcomings are generally the trigger. I'm a huge rimfire shooter and so trigger really matters as I usually modify my guns. I find the air guns to be more complicated though since i'm rather unfamiliar.

I would go for a taipan 2 if that's the case. I don't own one but I'm familiar with them and have messed with the taipan vet 1's enough to recommend them. They're triggers are superb, I also stand behind AGT products like the Vulcan 3's and Uragan 2. I currently have a compact .22 and a 600mm .177 shooting 16gr at 970fps. Compact is shooting atomics at 830fps super accurately. I also had a .22 700 U2 and it was a laser past 150yds like this 600mm .177

I like the impact mk2/mk3 with a single reg mainly because I shot slugs. If you like to tinker, then the FX may be the gun for you. But as of late there have been a lot of issues with their m4 right out of the box. I can't speak for any of their newer products, but the wildcats and mavericks are nice!

I've had many airguns but BRK has yet to be one of them, not for any reason other than none in the classifieds I've wanted to try lol.

Jace,
2 guns that have really caught my eye are the fx maverick, and the brocock sahara. the sahara looks pretty affordable although I like the chassis style guns better. being new to the forum I can't answer classifieds yet.

I hear ya, the only thing I will say about the mavericks is that they can't be tuned you can with the impacts. So as long as you're not someone that likes changing tunes repeatedly, you'll be good.

I started out with the Maverick and absolutely love it! I talked to UA about when their next shipment of M4s are coming in and if FX got the issues worked out and they told me the issue has been fixed and the shipment should be in I believe next week.

I bought one from Krale before they were available stateside for less coin than agd is offering them at. While the overall build quality is better than most Turk guns I've seen, there are too many negatives for me to recommend purchasing anything from Reximex. At $950 before coupon, there are way better options at the same price or a few hundred more range. AGT comes to mind. You can get an Urban 2 for the same price and have a huge leap in quality and performance.

I paid $650 for a Throne 2 from Huma Air, shipped (other than the 2 week delay). Was about the same price at Krale. Balistas was about $70 more.

If trigger is a big thing to you and it should be) the Benjamin Marauder has actually has an outstanding trigger. If desired you could get a decent walnut stocked one (or synthetic or) and have a ton of money left for other goodies. With 4 minutes work it really is that good.
