Romeo 7 paired with juliet 6

I had that pair in 2020, got the two pieces from two different sources.
A first problem I had was the height of the red dot and the height of the magnifier was not a same centerline... to center the dot in the magnifier I needed the elevation screw to very end of a travel. Neither of the original boxes had a shim or a bracket solution to level the two optics together.
The second problem was the optical coating on the red dot lens... resulting not having a dot but a little line, which got magnified x6.
I complained to my local distributor, they sent the pair back to SIG, but I believe it was something to do with US election at that time, lot of delays, and then SIG lost the supplier in China, and the delay started extending.
Every month I sent at least one email to both my distributor and SIG in CC line, and after seven=7 months they decided to refund my money.
