As discussed with Mr. Ernest if I install regulator in my Royale 500 it might not go beyond 890 fps with 25 grain JSB with the regulated pressure of 160 bars.

The solution to achieve around 950 fps with the same pellet with a bit reduced regulator pressure at around 150 to 155 bars is that I make a new hammer weigh with a bit more mass.

The specs of the OEM hammer weight are

Weight 11.43 grams
Top hat thickness 4.09mm
Top hat dia 9.94mm
Total length of weight 37.08mm
Dia of shafts of weight 6.73mm

I need to know that how much I have to increase the mass of the hammer weight?

Also which area of the hammer weight should be increased?

"mubhaur"How much are the chances of ruining my royale 500 by doing so?

Some says that heavier hammer will peen the stem valve housing.

Please advise.
I don't think anyone can tell exactly but there is a chance of damaging the gun. When you dry fire the gun without any air in the bottle the hammer easily pushes the valve all the way in and damages the housing. Same can happen if the force of hammer is increased beyond a certain level. Why do you want to shoot it at 950 fps. What advantage do you think will that be of.
