RTI ARMS SHOP RETURN

Hello,

Have you ever encountered any issues with returning a weapon through RTI Arms Shop? I made a return and on January 21st I received an email stating that I would receive my money back within 14 days. However, as of today, I haven’t received anything and I haven’t been able to contact anyone there. I sent an email over a week ago but haven’t received any response, and on WhatsApp, they have no information regarding the return .
What should I do??? How to contact them?

What do you recommend I do in this situation?

RTI Shop in Spain? They’ve emailed me back within a couple days when I had questions. Im assuming you have tracking, did they get the package back?
Good luck,
Rob
Yes, RTI Spain.
I have the tracking and already arrived at the facility , since then ( 21.01) I haven’t been able to speak with someone’l that knows what happened with my return….

Well that’s ridiculous then. The guy that runs those shops name is Francisco. I’ve always heard good things. When they had a sale in December I reached out to them through two platforms. Took a few days but they responded. Keep trying I guess, I’d be pissed too! You can always file a claim through your credit card or PayPal. That’s a pain in thr butt too. Good luck. See if there’s a RTI Spain shop here on AGN. Message them too.

Sorry your going through this and good luck,
Rob

I got my Epic airguns Two from down there, and i must admit lately i am having the feeling that is is just a outlet, and they are in no way able to take care of warranties.
Also why when i got problems at once with my Two ( wrongful choked in the middle, non choked LW barrel ), i went strait to the factory which took good care of me and my problems.

Now they was responsive when i also contacted them, so i can not complain about lack of response myself.
But going strait to Epic i think was the best idea, those guys down there would probably just have shipped my rifle / barrel on to Epic anyway.

Just like one local FX dealer, i will probably not be rifle buying there again, CUZ when you take 3-4 months replacing a cocking lever like the local guy did,,,,, you have problems.

IMHO i am also having issues with LW sending barrels like that out the door, and it is probably not a new thing, same probably prompted FX to start making their own barrels.
