Hi guys,
I have the V2 valve with the steel end and changed the valve o-rings and the reg o-rings. I bottomed in the adjustment screw all the way in., and loosened it slowly until it let air in and leaked thru the barrel.
The gun was performing well at 160 bar until the reg leaked from the 'nipple'. When I inspected the o-ring at the nipple, it was blown up. But I replaced every o-rings in the regulator and the valve o-rings.
I used those two videos to disassemble the gun and replace the valve o-rings.
I think over adjusting out the reg adjustment screw should not cause any leak, the air at whatever pressure from the bottle would just pass thru the reg and it would behave as if it's unregulated. The o-rings on the valve looked fine to me but I replaced them anyway.
It's a mystery to me.

I also had a valve fail on my P2. The symptoms were similar to yours. Rok sent me a new one, I replaced it following Gregor K's video on Prophet 2 disassembly/reassembly:and am in the process of tuning the hammer spring/regulator pressure balance to attain a particular velocity.
I also had the regulator leak around the protruding pin. I rebuilt it following this video:
The gun shoots well and holds air. Probably my favorite PCP.
