I have one. For about 2 months now.
Pros
- build like a tank and very high quality machining
- very smooth shot cycle
- binary valve makes it pretty ease to tune
- stable regs when adjusted correctly. To big of a difference between 1st and 2nd reg will introduce reg creep.
- very good balance point right in front of the hand grip. Making it pretty easy to shoot it off hand
- all critical parts and wearable parts are easily accessible. Like 2nd reg, hammer and spring, firing valve, trigger mechanism.
- all the adjustments can be made without taking the rifle apart.
- big 700cc 300bar bottle as standard.
- soft touch grip
- comes with a heavy duty case, Carbon Hush50 compensator, 2 mags and long bottom rail.
- able to adjust 2nd stage reg up and down under pressure
- 20 to 150MOA adjustable scope rail
- when tuned correctly, very low noise level. Even without moderator

Cons
- for a bullpup its pretty heavy.
- the rubber buttplate comes off to easily. I lost it ones already.
- no way to adjust length of pull (for me its a little to long)
- cocking handle on the left side (takes a little getting used to)
- takes quit a long time before completely shot in. About 1500 slugs. First the barrel really fault up fast and i needed to clean it regularly. Now the barrel stays nice and clean.

When it comes to accuracy i'd say its very accurate. At least its way more accurate than i can shoot.

Mine is shooting ZAN .25 37gr slug at around 980FPS
I'm getting around 60 fully regulated stable shots out of one fill with the reg set at 134bar. With a spread of 10 and std dev 1.9

Ive had the .22 600 for 3-4 months. I’m in the FX recovery program, trying to stay on the wagon free of slow first shots and shifting POI. The Mora passes those tests and I concur with most of droogmoles comments. Will add that it is very potent - mine shoots Altaros 40grain slugs at 980, still with little drama and a smooth shot cycle. Another guy I see at the UA range has the 25 shooting 60grain slugs at 120fpe. I haven’t had problems with barrel fouling and the gun settled in very quickly.
Also very quiet with the monster shroud and mod. Great trigger and magazines - all metal, no cover, just rotate and load.

On the minus side, I hated (and ditched) the flimsy Arca bottom rail. Getting by with a clamp but on my list to machine something. Also, don’t like the very long pull of the cocking lever, due to the deep chambers in the mags, which seem like they could hold 100grain slugs 😳

Now, all that said, I also have a Taipan vet2 tactical .22 700mm, which is much less potent (28g Zans at 930), but I find myself using it way more often. It is an absolute gem in terms of refinement, operating mechanics and shot cycle. The Mora is likely just as capable (accuracy wise) but the Taipan makes accuracy easier even when the Mora has a comparably mild tune. Just my honest, personal opinion.

I trust your opinion and I too have reached the end of the FX tunnel. I fortunately am not in the recovery program because I start all relationships with these overpriced toys disliking them the second they come out of the box. As I mount scopes I’m looking at it like in how many ways are you going to disappoint me. Then it’s up to it to impress me. I’ve always favored Eastern European guns. Always owned several since 2017. Lately I’ve been adding some more and moving other manufactures out.

I almost ordered a Mora but went with an AGT in .30. I know the barrel RTI uses in .30 because I have one. Not impressed. I still want a Mora in a smaller caliber but I am nervous that I won’t like carrying it around. So your post confirmed what I was thinking because I know exactly what you’re talking about. Not saying a gun is a bad gun but some are just nicer and more confidence inspiring to shoot.

Likewise and happy new year. I appreciated many things about the M3 but it was a serial cheater. When the rats started playing chicken beyond the far zero, I had to get the divorce.

I would not want to carry the 600 Mora, not likely even the compact. It’s a bench wench in my book. Good luck with the AGT.

I recently did some comparisons with my P2 .25. I shot the 600mm RPB for a while then switched to the 500 RPB. Absolutely no comparison. The 600 was better with everything all around and way less picky about speed. So as appealing as the compact Mora would be, if I order a .25, it has to be 600mm. Since it’s a bench gun or will need wheels, I will have to pass. It also looks like an odd handling gun for hunting situations.

Well I'm going tomorrow to.look at the .25
Boy i.hear all this Fx cold shot problem buy ya know what
I no longer have that issue with either fx m4s 30 cal
Or my 25 did my homework and we designed 2 new
O rings so far from 27 degrees to 70 I will taker either
Gun my first shot will only be 3 fps off from the next 25
In either gun have the data and the proof is lin the pudding
I'm not one to sit around and complain about it
Moving on I did purchase an urgan3 hp 30
Just looking for something different and so far
This mora so far us fitting g the bill well see tomorrow.
Also wouldnt mind getting a fx m3 in .22 600mm
Seeing that people are dumping them cheap.maybe pick one up
And fix it like the other 2

what 2nd reg pressure are you running to get the 40g at 980 fps,
i am at 180 with 34g to get 960 fps

I have the Mora Sniper in .35. As most of the above posters have said mine has been great out of the box. Very accurate, and quiet. I shoot mine without the extended mod on and it is still quiet. I turned mine up to shoot 135 gr slugs at 910fps and get 2 full mags, and I got the 700cc bottle on mine. Mine didn't take too many shots to get the barrel to settle down. It is a awesome gun.

Is it quieter than a .22 BB caps or .22 CB or .22 short out of a rifle with a >18" barrel?

Just got back 4 hr ride.
Yes definitely a beast.
They had .22 no
25 in stock but coming soon.
600mm in both .22 .25 is what they carry.
Shot the 22 little heavy but not bad really Quiet.
Yes it will need a better bottom rail overall it's a little awkward
How the stock is so long
Pictures don't do the lenth justice.
Going to wait to see and shoot the 25 before making a decision
