I just noticed your pic. If that bottle cover is touching the shroud I would remove it right away. As the pressure in the bottle changes it will move the shroud thus move the barrel and the POI.

no it has a space its curved with the same radius as the barrel shroud and has probably a quarter in gap

my poi problem happened before i put the tank band on it was part of the reason i added it i wanted a tripod to be able to keep the mora in a solid position to eliminate me from the equation so i could make sure it wasn't me being a horrible marksman that was causing the problem

the poi problem was before i added the band i added it to be able to add a trypod to steady my aim to remove me from a possible cause i havent tested it after i installed the band over 10 yds and its not touching it has a substancial gap

i appreciate the help i did find the issue its the internal suppressor i removed it yesterday and the issue disappeared now i just need to figure out if the slug is contacting it or if its messing with airflow making the slug act funny when i took it off i had a 2 in group at 60 yards with 3 mags
