[Septicdeath]

I picked this up at a yard sale a few weeks ago. The owner had dropped it and the rear sight was broken, he had also lost the cocking aid. I ordered a red dot and installed it sighted and shot from 10 yards off my shooting sticks. The gun is not easy to cock without the aid, wore a glove. I think I'll like this gun for a total price of $37 including the dot.

Anyone have ideas for a cocking aid for it???

Probably a tight fitting thick steel pipe with a notch cut to clear the front sight. Sand the inside of the pipe REALLY GOOD so it doesn't scratch the barrel.

That would be my main concern about steel pipe. I need to go to the hardware store. See what is available.

I have a couple friends that build aircraft. I'm going to ask them if they have some polymer or composite material.
