RWS diana 350 magnum shooting weird

Good suggestions already, check for loose stock screws, loose pivot bolt, missing breech seal. Could someone else have handled it without your knowledge and let the barrel snap shut while trying to cock it? That will bend the barrel up. Look for a crack in the stock that might be allowing it to flex during the shot cycle.

It's a heavy recoiling rifle....if your velocity is down for any reason, such as blown breech or piston seal, the pellet will exit later than normal during the recoil cycle when the barrel is rising, raising your POA & POI.

Swab the bore and look for lead flakes or gunk near the muzzle and crown.

Good luck

Good advice! I don't think it's a breech seal issue. Chronograph readings are a must to start off with.
