Cleaning up around the shop...found this.

NOTE: It has a minor issue. One of the screws is stripped at the hex head, threads in mounting plate are fine. I was going to replace with quality hardware, never did, forgot I had it when I sold the gun. $30 shipped CONUS, Paypal f&f preferred.
