The FX impact saber tactical top rail support has a Delrin shroud clamp. which prevents barrel droop, are there any negative affects on harmonics?
And if this Delrin clamp is good- what if the barrel shroud was wrapped in saran wrap and then the gap between the barrel and airtank filled with silicon or polyurethane caulking? This caulking would harden and act as a support, a vibration dampener and the saran wrap would prevent bonding so easily removed.
