This is the second posting about this individual in less than a week. WTB ads are extremely easy targets for scammers. If you cannot 100% verify who they are and that they are legit, hard pass.
EDIT:
Just saw your ad. I would highly recommend not putting your email and phone numbers in ads in the future. There is unfortunatly a very good reason why AGN doesn't allow just anyone to message freely here. Scammers are everywhere these days.
