Are all scba fill adapters the same? I have a Scott 45 min tank that uses a CGA--347 adapter. Would the Drager use same adapter CGA-347 ?

Yup.
There are different types of CGA-347 as far as hand tight vs wrench on.

The hand tight (my preference) will have an O-ring on the end to help with an airtight seal.
The wrench on will not have an O-ring and you will need to use a wrench on it or you will have a leak.
