Not sure if it was posted on this site, but, I read a post where someone was talking about a company that is using a new technique (ultrasound I think) to re certify carbon scba tanks for and additional 15 yrs and giving new tanks a 30 yr life span. 

Anyone know about this post or the company that does it?

$150 plus $25 to ship the cylinder back to you. Plus your cost to ship the cylinder to Colorado.

This sounds like it is going to be good for the airgunning and HPA industry. Hoping as the technology matures and develops the prices will come down as well. The digital Wave folks are nice to chat with. If you have a SCBA that is nearing the end of its 15 year life, give them a call, at least we have options now to chose from.

And it needs to be the correct brand ( s ) tank I asked about an acecare tank with ( is it ) CE cert., nope.

I called them this week and was told it was $300 for first test and $35/ea for following tests. As for brands he said Luxfer, SCI and Carleton are currently testable. I'm curious as to how the other poster was told test was $150. Going to re-contact DWC and get it straight.
