Not much information to go on. OEM valve threading? If same threading as Scott, MSA, Sperian tanks I'd suggest getting Scott valves to replace originals. Pictures? Scott valves are simple & robust with people's lives in mind. Not fancy, just dependable. What kind of fill adapter do you use? Again, pictures might help.

I just degassed one of my 14 liter fireman scba tank today, I need to re-pack the oring on the valve shaft. That valve I bought several years ago from aliexpress, but tinkering now to get couple valves for spares a bit better quality, maybe from bestfittings.
