Scba tank and Pcp fill adapter

They come in either DIN 300 for scuba type valves or CGA-347 for your fire brigade type valves. You will have to know what valve you will be using, before ordering. From what I've read here, the CGA-347 adaptors come with either an Oring- Delrin washer type seal. Or a bull-nose friction type that needs to be spanner tight. Apparently, this one is better with the Scot type valve. Better to get your tank first, before you order your fill whip. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Scba-Fill-Station-Filling-Charging-Adapter-w-Hand-Tight-CGA-347-Aadapter-and-24-36-inch/32825403335.html?spm=2114.10010108.1000013.10.5ba779639u6xgo&gps-id=pcDetailBottomMoreThisSeller&scm=1007.13339.99734.0&scm_id=1007.13339.99734.0&scm-url=1007.13339.99734.0&pvid=08c70dbb-49c3-4718-baa6-d59935a1fb68 This is just one example. The selection is almost endless. And yes you can fill your tank using these.

@eaglebeak I am in the fire service so we use the scba's so I was thinking that thread connector type, I was hoping there was going to be some expired ones they dont want but they have to send them back to the manufacture once they are done. On ebay I see some with the same thread type we use, I want to use scba cause it is 4500psi compared to the scuba which is 3000psi. I'm not sure on the darlin thread type vs the bull nose. All I know is the ones for work are hand tight.

If your valve fittings are hand tight, the item in the link above will suit. Some scuba bottles are 300 Bar rated but they are more expensive and less common than the 200 or 230 Bar ones. They are mainly used by cave or deep water divers who require the extra air. I live in Australia and our firey's use the DIN type valves. DIN valves come rated at 200 or 300 Bar and have different length threads so you can use a 300 adaptor on a 200 valve but not the other way round. CGA-346 and CGA-347 fire dept adaptors and valves work basically the same. If you are a fireman you should be able to fill your bottle at work and not bother with a compressor.
