I got this great looking gun a few weeks ago, and love it. It is a top-breaking revolver that shoots either BBs or .177 pellets held in place by cartridges that are loaded into the cylinder chambers. 6 for BBs come with the gun, 6 for pellets can be ordered (which is what I use). This nickel plated version can be bought for about $125. from PyramydAir.com (find under BB pistols page 2). Like the 1887 original, it has a fixed sight. The grip is plastic, although it looks like real wood. The CO2 cartridge is under the flip-off grip panel. This is a high-quality single-action gun with a trigger that is smooth as silk. With the fixed sight and smooth (non-rifled) barrel, I did not expect much past "plinker" accuracy, but I have been able to do 45/50 so far by aiming slight right of bull-eye center, hand-held at 10 yds. Check it out.

Joe, I have one also and I really enjoy it. It does have a nice trigger and accuracy is pretty decent for a smooth barrel. Picked mine up a pawn shop in Fayetteville,Ar. while my wife and I were visiting the kids. $45, thought that was a good deal .

Great! I paid $120. for mine. I keep wanting to visit a pawn shop. I've never been in one. Joe
