Scope and Hand Pump for Umarex Notos

Hi, I'm looking for a scope for the Umarex Notos. My budget is around $25-$75. I just need something cheap and effective. I will be shooting squirrels at around 10 yards. 20 yards max on occasion.

I will also need a hand pump. Can someone recommend a pump in the $50-$75 range? Thanks.

I can't recommend anything under the price of the BugBuster 3x12, sorry.

Three uncles hand pump on Amazon is still going four years later, cheap and it works.

CenterPoint, Crosman's scope brand, functions well with good optics. Benjamin Trail NP XL .22 came with 3-9x40 AO, so impressed picked up a barely used one for $50, on eBay, to replace Crosman F4's disappointing CenterPoint 4x32. WM

I bought a Mantis (Air Venturi, I think..) 3x9 scope and it seems to be good enough for my short range shooting. The parallax is adjustable down to 5 yds, which is nice. I have little experience with any scopes over $100, so that's all I know right now. Unfortunately, the farthest I can shoot in my yard is 25 yards, so I really don't have much use for anything too fancy.

I bought a new but resold pump on ebay. Sometimes you can find name brand pumps for about $50-75, but in the end, most are all made in China anyway.
