it actually was an issue for me it was off vertically so that's why I'm going with only mounting it to the rear railOn my jet2 the rear rail and the front rail were out of alignment by about 1/16". I was able to stack a crazy number of pop can shims on top of each other to compensate, but from what I've read it's a fairly common problem. It appears that you intend on mounting yours further to the rear than mine, so it may not be an issue for you.
This is how I have mine mounted. It would be significantly better if it were 1.5” or so further to the rear. You can see a few of the shims peeking out of the ring.it actually was an issue for me it was off vertically so that's why I'm going with only mounting it to the rear rail
The Dove tail to pic rail adapter looks like its going to add some length to the rail might have to bubba it and trim it with a cut off wheelThis is how I have mine mounted. One of the good things about the Jet pistols is their stock. It's adjustable for both cheek rest height and length of pull so, so long as you can fit the magazine in you should be able to adjust the stock to fit the ring height. I always go for the lowest height possible.Don't make it too complex
2 tall picatinny 30mm scope rings
One on either side of the magazine.
Or
Measure how high the magzine sits above the rails, you may be able to use Medium height rings.
I'd get both just to be able to insure my eyeline to the scope off the cheek rest was good.
